From distribution to data: a natural evolution

The property distribution business generates, by its very nature, a considerable volume of data. Every contact, every simulation, every investor journey
enriches a body of knowledge about the wealth-building intentions of French households.

For more than 27 years, Adomos has accumulated this information through its day-to-day business. In parallel, the group built Club du Patrimoine, an online media platform
that brings together 90 000 active investors and continuously generates behavioural data on their projects.


Gradually, one thing became obvious: the real value of Adomos lies not only in its ability to distribute property products, but in the knowledge it has built about wealth investors. Knowing who wants to invest, in what, when and with what budget. That is a strategic asset for

2024-2026: the acceleration

October 2024: Eric Longuépée takes over as CEO of the group with a clear roadmap accelerate the repositioning towards wealth data.

January 2026: Adomos completes the acquisition of SLS Data and moves from 2 million to 40 million usable profiles (27M BtoC, 13M BtoB). The group now has scoring and segmentation capacity on a scale never seen before on the French market.

The positioning is redefined. Adomos is no longer just a property distributor generating leads. It is a group that masters wealth intelligence and puts it to work for professionals CGP, developers, brokers, banks, insurers.

What this changes for professionals

For a CGP or a developer, the difference is immediate. Instead of receiving a lead "interested in buy-to-let investment", they receive a qualified contact whose profile, behaviour and wealth context have been analysed. Scoring identifies the most mature prospects, segmentation targets the right profiles, and GDPR compliance across the entire chain secures the use of the data.
